Return Policy

For US Orders Only:

Orders within the United States are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Redo is an optional checkout add-on that allows free returns and exchanges with no additional return shipping cost. If Redo is not selected at checkout, standard return shipping fees apply.

International orders are shipped worldwide. Delivery times and shipping fees vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

U.S. customers may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions.

International exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional customs fees associated with the exchange.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at info@sebastienco.com so we can assist you promptly.
